At Whooo's Cleaning, we prioritize flexibility while maintaining a few essential policies to ensure satisfaction for both our clients and our team. These guidelines help us provide consistent service, allowing our cleaning professionals to deliver the best experience possible. Payment

Whooo's Cleaning payment policy requires payment to be made on the same day as the service unless it has been agreed upon in advance. We accept all forms of payment, including e-transfer, credit card, cash, and cheque. For your convenience, you may also prepay for your service or set up automatic credit card payments, which will be processed once the cleaning is complete.

Cancellation

At Whooo's Cleaning, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $60 fee, which must be settled before scheduling your next appointment. We appreciate your understanding, and that frequent cancellations may result in the termination of service.

Who supplies the cleaning products?

We take pride in offering our own Norwex products, which include a frequently sanitized commercial vacuum. Rest assured, our vacuum is never used in a smoking environment, ensuring a clean and healthy experience for our customers.

Do I need to be home?

You don't have to be at home as long as we can access your home and lock it up after we're done.

Do I get the same cleaner?

Yes, we assign the same cleaner or team to each client to guarantee the highest level of consistency and quality in our service.

How can I pay?

We currently accept all forms of payment. While we prefer e-transfer or credit card for convenience, we also welcome cash and cheque payments.

What do I do with my pets?

For the comfort of everyone involved, they are welcome to roam freely around the home while we work, and we may even shower them with some love when we arrive!

Do I have to clean before you come?

We appreciate your help in tidying up before our arrival. While it's not necessary clean, putting away personal items allows us to focus on cleaning hard surfaces more efficiently. 

Are we insured?

At Whooo's Cleaning, we prioritize your peace of mind. That's why we are fully insured, ensuring that you can trust us to handle your cleaning needs with the utmost care and professionalism. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities!
